Baronsgate Estates is a property investment and development company operating in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Their main business is based around retail and shopping centre asset management and development together with additional office, industrial and residential projects.

Together they did “Scotlands largest Industrial deal “ (CBRE) in 2005 when they bought 174,500 sq ft on 22 acres at Crompton Way, Irvine.
