Colin has worked in property agency and retail consultancy since graduating in 1986. He was a Director of High street retailer USC Group plc from 1996 to 1999, before establishing his own business. Colin Whitelaw Consulting Ltd was established in 2000 with USC Group plc a key client, along with a number of private individual investors. Colin is also a director of Antler Property Investments Plc, who are based in Weybridge, Surrey and joined the company in 2001, he is responsible for acquisitions and disposals North of the border. Other directorships held include Broom Estates Ltd, Restuarantdiary.com Ltd and Spean Bridge Properties Ltd.

Colin specialises in the purchase of investment & development property, and has extensive experience dealing with commercial property both from the point of view of the investor as well as that of the occupier.
