Property Investor Partnerships negotiated for North Lanarkshire Council to spend £400,000, while Antler invested £550,000 on a comprehensive refurbishment. In exchange North Lanarkshire Council took a new 20 year F.R & I lease at £277,587 pa. The investment was sold in March 2006 for the sum of £4.67m, a net initial yield of 5.62%
