Ronnie Meechan

Ronnie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a graduate in Land Economics. He has had many years commercial property experience working for CBRE Richard Ellis and Drivers Jonas, before jointly founding James McGhee Chartered Surveyors in 1995, opening offices in Glasgow and Inverclyde specialising in advising public sector clients in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets.

In 2002 Ronnie held the position of Head of Commercial Property at United Auctions Group plc, then in 2003 he was promoted to Director In Charge of Property Services. In 2004 he joined with the founding Partner of Property Investor Partnerships, Mr Colin Whitelaw, during this time he has been involved in the acquisition and disposals of commercial property developments/investments throughout Scotland.
