Originally developed by Motherwell District Council and Lanarkshire development agency in 1994, Tannochside Park is now fully developed and comprises a mix of high quality offices, industrial and distribution space, spanning 75,369 sq ft.

The Park which employs over 2,500 people, is fully let to a number of national occupiers including Wimpey Homes, Land of Leather, Kwik Fit Insurance and Orange Communications.

In partnership with Antler Properties Plc, Units 1-4 Tannochside Park was purchased in July 2002 and sold again in June 2004, making a net profit of over half a million.

In spring of 2006 on behalf of Antler, Property Investor Partnerships bought a stand alone office building of 18,220 sq ft with car parking let to Hewden Stewart Plc for a further 18 years at a price of £2.91m reflecting a net initial yield of 7%. Rents at Tannochside will provide further growth on this investment.
